What is the GPS3?

The GPS3 is a superb quality GPS receiver. It is designed as an add-on unit to the AP22, to extend the functionality of this product.  In our experience the GPS3 vastly out-performs anything in the same price bracket. The GPS3 comes supplied with configuration software to set the receiver up with most common NMEA messages and output them at either 1Hz or 5Hz. With good reception the receiver is typically accurate to 3m CEP.

What's in the box?

The GPS3 is supplied as:

• GPS3 module
• GPS antenna
• Software CD

The only other item required is a suitable serial cable to connect the GPS3 module to the AP22.
