Technical Support Terms and Conditions: Our technical support team is dedicated to providing you a high quality service in a timely fashion.  We have thousands of customers all over the world, in motorsport and a wide range of industries, with a diverse range of needs and expertise.  We support all of our customers by telephone, email or remote access free of charge.  We do not have infinite resources so we must apply the following terms and conditions to the technical support we provide, in order to ensure the service is available to all who need it.

  1. By making use of our free technical support service you automatically accept these terms and conditions.  If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions you should not make use of our free technical support service.
  2. Our free technical support service is provided to help customers overcome any initial setup or installation problems they may have.  The amount and level of free technical support provided is at the discretion of Race Technology
  3. Technical support is limited to the original purchaser or original end user of the equipment.
  4. Telephone support is for the first 3 months from the purchase date of the equipment.  Thereafter all support is via email.
  5. The technical support we are able to provide can only be as good as the quality of the information we are given.  When contacting Race Technology for technical support please be prepared to provide a clear and concise description of your problem, a full and complete list of the equipment you have, and where and when this equipment was purchased.
  6. The Race Technology Knowledgebase has been developed over many years with thousands of hours of input from our technical support and engineering staff.  Please take the time to access this vast resource which contains answers to the majority of technical questions about our equipment.
  7. The Race Technology Forum is also a valuable resource for technical support and discussion with other users and Race Technology technical support staff.  We strongly encourage you to tap into the wealth of information contained here.
  8. Race Technology is also able to provide onsite technical support.  There is a charge for this service, plus charges for travel and subsistence if applicable.  Please contact Race Technology to discuss your needs if you wish to take advantage of this service at your premises or ours.
