Our free technical support service is provided to help customers overcome
any initial setup or installation problems they may have. The amount and
level of free technical support provided is at the discretion of Race
Technical support is limited to the original purchaser or original end user
of the equipment.
Telephone support is for the first 3 months from the purchase date of the
equipment. Thereafter all support is via email.
The technical support we are able to provide can only be as good as the
quality of the information we are given. When contacting Race Technology
for technical support please be prepared to provide a clear and concise
description of your problem, a full and complete list of the equipment you
have, and where and when this equipment was purchased.
The Race Technology Knowledgebase has been developed over many years
with thousands of hours of input from our technical support and engineering
staff. Please take the time to access this vast resource which contains
answers to the majority of technical questions about our equipment.

a charge for this service, plus charges for travel and subsistence if
