BBWRacing - could you let me know what equations you are using for your Spa sensors? I cannot get sensible values out of mine... I wired mine up in parallel, and set the dash to volts. I then wrote down the values as the car warmed up, and at pressure changes. I then uses this info to make a matrix...

Re: Tapping into SPA Design sensors/instruments
Has anyone tapped into SPA Design supplied sensors/instruments? If so, how did you do it? The sensors have industrial type plugs so there's no easy option at that end, and at the SPA end there is a 12 way connector. There isn't even a lot of single insulated wire to tap into. You should be able to ...

are you using the ECU interface, or going direct from emerald to the DL1? Is this the K3 or M3dk ECU?? Cheers Jim It's with the RT ECU interface, but you also have to use the PC cable that you get with the EMERALD, unless you convert the RT DB9 connector to use EMERALD pin out not stand serial ones...

I've spoken to RT, and it look like you have to plug the ECT interface into the PC lead, not direct to the unit. Will try tonight and post my findings. Good news its all now working. Well if you have the DL1 and Dash2 connected to the Emerald via the Emerald PC cable. The Dash2 is still not working...

Dash 2 RPM input from a TVR / Landrover 14CUX ECU
Is it posible to get a RPM reading into the Dash 2 from this ECU.
It does not seem to have a ECU output, the engine input comes from the - of the coil via a 6.8K resister
more information can be found here

Thanks
