OK, I had this problem as well, turns out the RT cable, Can Hi is on the wrong pin for the Emerald K3 & K6.

CAN Hi needs to be moved from Pin 7 to Pin 1 for the cable to work on an Emerald, dead easy to do with a soldering iron, as serial plugs are assembled with screws

In the DL1 Configuration Tool on the last line there is a field for Lap Beacon Data that is disabled for the Serial Port.

Hi I have just tried my Dash 1 for the first time and I can't get it to display any lap times.

I have tried pressing the SET button to add a marker, after making sure the button is appropriately programed.

Does it matter which DASH1 display page you are on or am I missing something simple?
