Map offset from hitting an apex curb

Note: Searched for curb, but nothing came up. Sometime I'll touch the curbs at the apex & track out, which of course changes the angle of the car and messes with the lateral accelerometers. It puts a sharp kink in the track map, and throws it off for the next 1/2 mile or so (Limerock's esses and...

Outstanding! It worked like a charm. Too bad filters option require the "professional" version of the software (note to the programmers, if you read the boards - rather than have the user re-calculate after an option that can't get used, and take the option off and re-calc again, just have...

Calculate speed from gear and rpm

How can you calculate and graph the wheel speed, based on engine rpm? The software has all the inputs (tire circumference, gear ratios, final ratio, rpm, and which gear from gps speed), but I haven't been able to find where the variable names are listed, to use in formulas. The gear info is availabl...

DL90 speed data incorrect

This past weekend I was at Watkins Glen, and data logged a few laps with the DL90. I downloaded the runs, used "automatic zero" for the accelerometers, and the speed graph had me at 173 into the bus stop! When I calculated the speed from the gearing and rpm, it should have been closer to 1...

I ended up exporting both runs (my DL90 and a friends AX22) to a .csv file, and then graphing them in Excel. It got a bit messy to get the identical location to start the lap without a beacon. I ended up using distance as the X axis, and offsetting one set of data to get the graphs to match.
