Re: Dash4pro Firmware
When you send a configuration to the DASH4PRO from the configuration software it automatically checks the firmware version on the device and updates it, after first warning you that it is about to do so and giving you the option to cancel or proceed.

Re: 8.5 Software and DL1 Mk2 Issue
The DL1 MK2 can only run on and communicate with V8.5 software / firmware, so if using other products with the DL1 these must also remain on V8.5.

Re: Configuring brake pressure sensor
Hello Chris, If you map your input to a pressure channel you will then be presented with a choice of RT-supplied pressure sensors to choose from. In your case select the Bosch brake pressure sensor. The principle is described here: https://www.race-technology.com/wiki/index.php/DL1MK3Configuration/A...

Re: losing RPM signal sometimes
Hi Andrew - Yes very conceivable, is the vehicle fuel injected? You could connect the switched negative side of a fuel injector to the RPM low level input ( RL ) and retest. Be aware the DL1 CLUB will need to be configured for the low level input. Open the DL1 CLUB configuration utility > go to the ...

Re: Issues getting signal from oil pressure sensor (AIM Motorsport Analouge Sensor)
No problem Ryan - Unfortunately you won't be able to pick up oil pressure from the OBDII port, you'll need to use a sensor. Oil pressure sensor - https://www.race-technology.com/gb/racing/products/sensors/pressure-sensors/pressure-sensors_oil-fuel-pressure In regards to the DL1, if you are using an ...

Re: No RPM on Dash 2 with DL1 Club
Hi - It sounds like the DL1 CLUB is setup to receive a direct RPM signal from a fuel injector for example and not from the serial port (ECU). The data logger internal RPM must be disabled. Connect the data logger to the laptop > open the DL1 CLUB utility and read the configuration back from the unit...

Hi Ryan - Have you checked that the DL1 analogue input is receiving a voltage signal from the sensor?

Re: Problem with rpm and Dash2!
Of course Shane - You need to adjust your pulses per rev setting in the dashes configuration. I recommend doubling the current pulses per rev value and retesting. The location of this setting depends on what software you are setting up the dash with. If you email your dash configuration file to dani...

Re: Solid State Drive
When you make a DL1 MK2 configuration file, it is up to you to save the file in a suitable location, the software does not automatically store the file in a specific directory. Unfortunately on that model of datalogger it isn't possible to read the settings back form the unit, so really you need to ...

Only via USB connector and DASH2 PRO configuration utility, the Unit Control Inputs section is where you can change the settings.
