Hi,
My first Video 4 recording from last season won't play in the Analysis software. Everything seems to load fine, but the video window displays a message "No video licence avialable". Subsequent sessions at other tracks sync and playback fine (on my old Windows Vista) computer. I'm guessing I had done something wrong at the time of recording. Is there anything I can do to fix it now?
I can watch the video in VLC Media Player, but I would like to sync it with my data.
