How many Dash2 and DL1 units sold?

Okay, so I'm considering buying the package deal. Reading through this forum shows people having issues, but the real question is, spread over how many units? I know the people who never have problems don't post, so it gives a very skewed view of how well the work... probably.
In otherwords, if they've sold 100 of these, it's looking pretty grim reliability-wise. OTOH, if they've sold 1000+ it's a different story.
Anyone care to venture a guess?
