No serial number in data stream

I've been unable to sync video to my data for some time now. I've replaced the codes.bin file a couple of times but just noticed this:
. Firmware version 15-5. Data logged on 17/01/2009 @ 21:00. No logger serial number is available in the data stream. Run Contains 2423189 individual data samples, and 5 data formatting errors
Any ideas?
