AX22 - Continuous mode randomly stops logging

We bought 2 new AX22 units and got the continuous logging working.
The problem we’ve got is it stops logging at random times, both units.
Sometimes you start the unit in continuous logging and 5sec later it would stop logging, sometimes it logs for a few minutes before stopping on it’s own. Sometimes it would run several logs without stopping by itself.
There is no apparent pattern to the stopping of the logging.
I doubt it’s a setting as it stops randomly.
We flashed both units with the latest firmware available on the RT site, both units still behave the same.
I would appreciate some help on this issue.
With the unit stopping randomly there is no way of telling whether it would log a complete run or not.
