DL-1 Stops Mid-Session

My DL-1 failed to record a full session 5 out of the last six attemptes.

File sizes for a full session are about 5mb and the aborted file sizes are about 1.5mb.

What can I do to correct this problem?

Additionally, I want to reflash to utilize the autostart function but every link on this site merely puts me back into the main index. Does anyone have a link for the flash and latest analysis software that is working?
