2 problems (update + rpm-signal) (Tatech32 & DL1Mk2 &

I have Tatech Ecu & DL1Mk2 + Dash3.

I have been trying to get RPM data into Dash 3. I found solution in which I should disable analog RPM channels from DL1Mk2 setup.

1) tried to run SETUP.BIN into DL1.

After trial, now I have these errors:
- unable to update dash3 with DASH.HEX file - before it worked ok
- unable to check if setup.bin-update went ok into dl1.

dash3 gives ecu data so link is working, but updating dash3 and dl1 seems to be problematic.
I'm using 2Gb CF card. tried to format it via analysis software and via windows. week ago it worked, now it does not. what could be error?
is my assumption of getting rpm-signal to Dash3 ok?
