  1. If you think you have found a bug, please ensure that you are running the latest version of the software that is available from our website, and that your PC has all the latest updates applied from Microsoft.
  2. We do our best to help everybody who needs help, but at busy times there may be a queue for technical support - please try to be patient, we will get back to you
  3. It is very important that all files associated with the issue are uploaded with the bug report, without these we simply cannot help. As well as the GoPro video file, it would also help to include screenshots of the issue.
  4. Direct telephone or immediate one-to-one technical support can be provided but this is chargeable. Please contact for a quotation.

It is essential to send us all the relevant files associated with the problem, for example video files, run files, configuration files etc. Additional files such as screenshots, a video from your phone demonstrating the issue, installation photos will also be a big help in resolving the issue quickly.
