Hello,
I develop an ECU (with PIC33F) for an electrical vehicle (Fuel Cell powered).
The vehicle is equipped with DL2 measuring data like motor current and voltage (DC).
The PIC is linked, via RS232, with DL2. It can capture and decode incoming data. It also accepts other informations of various numerical sources (CAN and Modbus on RS485). The PIC compute some new variables (eg: product U*I, elapsed distance,... ) and send these data to DL2 and log them.
The PIC also manage an onboard display.
My problem is that the input serial data format is not well documented.
It just know that it could be decoded or not into the DL2. Is this format the same has the streaming data from the DL2? If so, in which variables should i wrote if i want to reach "serial variables" in the Analysis software?
My goal is to format my sended datas as a well recognised ECU will do.
Is anyone has experimented this problem?
Thank's (sorry for my bad 'english text', i'm french speaking)
