Race Technology Technical Support
There are many ways to access technical information to help you install, configure and use Race Technology equipment, as follows.
- All Race Technology Hardware products are supplied with a quick start guide. This provides simple advice on common installation questions and includes links to software download and help pages.

- Technical support is also available by email using the address support@race-technology.com or for queries relating to the GoPro Only (Standalone) software please use gopro@race-technology.com - Please provide as much information as possible when sending a support request to Race Technology, particularly for issues relating to software. Screenshots are very helpful, and large files such as video and data files can be sent to support via the File Upload Tool.
- In exceptional circumstances we can sometimes offer technical support on the telephone, but this is subject to availability and fair usage policy. If you telephone Race Technology for technical support you will be asked for your name, telephone number, email address, product serial number or invoice number, the name of the product you have and a very brief description of the assistance you require. These details will be entered into our technical support system and as soon as one of our technical support staff is available they will contact you.
Technical Support Terms and Conditions and Fair Usage Policy
We do our very best to help everybody who needs help, but at busy times there may be a queue for technical support if you are contacting us directly. Please try to be patient, we will get back to you. We do care and we want everybody to get the best from their Race Technology equipment. We ask that you please consider the following information.
- If you require one-to-one technical support your first point of contact should be the person you bought your Race Technology equipment from – be that Race Technology directly or one of our agents.
- Telephone support is available for installation and configuration guidance, and within 2 years of the purchase date. Outside of those limits support is normally via email.
- Telephone support is not available for the GoPro Only (Standalone) Software.
- Technical support for second hand equipment is strictly by email only.
- We endeavour to respond to all technical support requests as quickly as possible. During busy periods there may be high demand and we operate a first come first served system. We will respond to you as soon as we can.
- Our normal office hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Outside of these times we cannot guarantee that technical support will be available.
- On site technical support can be provided but this is chargeable. Please contact Race Technology for a quotation.
