Technical support for Race Technology hardware is available for up to 5 years from the original purchase date and to the original equipment purchaser only. Date of purchase is needed; proof of purchase may be requested.

We only support the latest software build, available from here . We do not support older software versions of V10 or the previous V8.5 software.

Due to the number of support requests we receive we strongly encourage users to consult our extensive Knowledgebase, user Forum , and YouTube channel first, as this is often the quickest way to find the solution. If you do not qualify for direct factory support this is our recommended solution.

If direct assistance is still required for installing and using our racing products, then please use the form below, adding as much information as possible to make the process as efficient as possible. Once we’ve received the request and it is logged on our system, we’ll aim to be in touch within 48 hours either by email or telephone.

Without completing the form below the request will not be registered on our support system, if it’s not registered onto the support system then it’s not in the que for a response. We understand that it may be preferable to just pick up the phone, but we are unable to support direct telephone requests. We are not a call centre following pre-written scripts, we are experienced problem solvers working on a personalised, case by case basis. Your patience and cooperation is appreciated so that you can receive the same quality of efficient and personalised support as our other customers. Our support form is the only way to request assistance for the following reasons:

  1. Completing the below form forces questions to be specific, which enables us to answer them specifically.
  2. It allows important information (including configuration files, pictures, screenshots and videos) to be sent.
  3. We can give more complete and higher quality support over email, as we can review the information and data supplied in the files.
  4. It allows us to easily make modifications to configuration files and send them back to you.
