Telemetry configuration controls

The Telemetry configuration control contains the following controls:

Update rate table

A table that enables users to set the update rate for each hardware channel. Contains the following columns;

• Hardware channel ID
• Message name
• Update rate (editable)

Please note that update rate table is enabled only when a RADIO TRANSMITTER is being configured – i.e. product type is RADIO TRANSMITTER. When the RADIO RECEIVER product type is selected this control is automatically disabled. Users can set the update rate of the required hardware channels to one of the following values:

• Never – messages of this type are never sent over the radio
• Always – all messages of this type are sent over the radio (high priority messages)
• 100 Hz – messages of the given type are sent at 100Hz (100 messages per second) or less
• 50 Hz – messages of the given type are sent at 50Hz or less
• 25 Hz – messages of the given type are sent at 25Hz or less
• 10 Hz – messages of the given type are sent at 10Hz or less
• 5 Hz – messages of the given type are sent at 5Hz or less
• 1 Hz – messages of the given type are sent at 1Hz or less
• 0.2 Hz – messages of the given type are sent at 0.2Hz or less
