DASH2Configuration / SetupRPMScale

Set up RPM scale

The RPM scale on the DASH2 is capable of displaying values of up to 19k rpm. To set this up, click on the Set up RPM Scale icon in the DASH2 configuration tool:

All boxes must have a value in them and the values must increase from the lowest value to the highest value. If a low maximum value is required then it is possible to pad out values with the same number, for example 0,0,0,1,2,3,4,5,6 to keep the 6k at the top.

A peak value indicator holds the maximum value achieved for a set period of time before decaying to meet the current value, this can be turned on and off with the decay rate and hold time being adjustable.
