Universal OBDII LED states

LED State Meaning
Solid Blue Seen when the OBDII interface is first plugged in. The LED is solid blue while the OBDII interface is connecting to the vehicle network.
Blinking Red Vehicle network communication is established and the OBDII interface is waiting for the ignition to be switched on.
Solid Red Processing a request. Ignition on and data is being received.
Off 1. The OBDII interface is idle & awaiting a command, or
2. The OBDII interface is asleep (if the vehicle is off).
