Physically mounting the DASH4PRO FD
The DASH4PRO FD is designed to mount either on a steering wheel bracket or using the four blind holes on to a flat surface. There are 2 versions of the DASH4PRO FD, one with an OLED, and one with an LCD display - they are both the same overall size, though the LCD screen area is larger then the OLED screen area. Please see the diagrams below for hole dimensions and spacings: -
The DASH4PRO FD can be specified as standard or steering wheel mounting. The steering wheel mounting option comes with a robust cable grommet suitable for repeated strain to the wound cable, a bracket for mounting to a steering wheel, and an in-line connector allowing a through-dashboard connection for steering wheel removal.
