Data2-19 same as lap marker definition file. See DL1 documentation for more information
This message is sent out from a data logger to a display when the lap marker file is loaded in, it can be used to show the total number of markers in a run file.
The extra bytes in the message contain information on marker and sector names and are not used by the display.
