RT_CFG_Trigger_2: Trigger rule 2 configuration

RT_CFG_Test: 159, 2 (0x9F0220 + unit ID) (0x7C2)

Bytes 0->3: Trigger 2 threshold
Byte 4: Trigger 2 condition
Byte 5: Trigger 2 parameters
Byte 6: Units for trigger 2 threshold
Byte 7: Unused

Trigger 2 threshold:

Intel signed integer
scaling x1000
units dependent on trigger 2 units (byte 6)

Trigger 2 condition:

0 => NULL
1 => SPEED
2 => HALT
3 => ACCEL_LONG
4 => ACCEL_LAT
5 => ANALOG
6 => HARDWARE TRIGGER
7 => COMMAND MESSAGE
8 => NOT AVAILABLE (Trigger 2 is a start trigger, so distance is not available)

Trigger 2 parameters:

Bits 0->1: Hardware index (ADC number for analog input, trigger number for trigger input, both zero-based)
Bits 2->6: Reserved
Bit 7: Polarity
0 => Falling
1 => Rising

Units for trigger 2 threshold:

If Byte 4 = 1 or 2: Speed Units
0 => m/s
1 => kph
2 => mph
3 => knots
Remaining values unused
If Byte 4 = 8: Distance units
0 => m
1 => ft
Remaining values unused
If Byte 4 = 3 or 4: Accel units
0 => g
1 => m/s/s
Remaining values unused
If Byte 4 = any other value:
No units
