Note that OBD is not powered by the vehicle master switch

Connection through the stock dashboard:

There are 2 connectors on the back of the standard lotus dashboard, the CAN is available from one of the connectors and the power on the other.

The CAN data is available from the 12 pin connector:

CAN+ - pin 1 (red wire)
CAN� - pin 7 (blue wire)

And the power is available from the other:
