Byte 1: Output port status 1
Bytes 2: Output port status 2
Bytes 3-7: GPS time of week (micro-seconds)

Outputs the status of different potential outputs on the unit. Status is 1 for active and 0 for inactive.
Output bits for port status 1 are:
0 Analogue output 1
1 Analogue output 2
2 Analogue output 3
3 Analogue output 4
4 Pulse output
5 Serial output 1
6 Serial output 2
Bits for output port 2 are undefined
The time output is GPS time (time since midnight GMT on Saturday night) in micro-seconds.
